Requirements for the teaching staff:
1) the presence of an academic degree and title; and / or the presence of an academic master's degree and / or specialist qualifications;
2) the presence of persons with higher (or postgraduate) education according to the relevant profiles;
3) work experience in a scientific and educational organization (at least 3-5 years).
4) educational, methodological and scientific works;
5) active participation in scientific research and/or international projects.
Qualification requirements for the teaching staff:
1) head of the department: higher education, academic degree and/or academic title, work experience in a managerial position or specialty for at least 5 years.
2) Professor: higher education, academic degree and/or academic title of professor, experience in scientific and pedagogical activity for at least 5 years, including as an associate professor for at least 1 year.
3) Associate Professor: higher education, academic degree and/or academic title of doctor and/or candidate of Sciences, experience of scientific and pedagogical activity for at least 5 years, work experience as a senior lecturer for at least 1 year.
4) Senior lecturer: higher education, academic degree and/or academic degree "Doctor of Philosophy PhD", Master's degree. The experience of scientific and pedagogical activity is at least 3 years, including the experience of teaching for at least 1 year and / or the experience of practical work in the specialty for at least 2 years.
5) Teacher: higher education and/or Master's degree and/or MCI
The list of documents required from the participants of the competition:

- medical book, fluorography
- Certificate on the presence or absence of information on the commission of a criminal offense by a person according to the reports of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- a certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization stating that the participant of the competition is not registered;
- for the competition of the narcological organization
