The main tasks of the Department of Strategic Development and Internal Quality Assurance:

Conducting an analysis of the University’s activities according to the Development Program and strategic directions within the framework of available resources
Strategic planning of the university’s activities for the medium and short term, support for the formation and development programs in areas of activity.
Identification based on analysis of opportunities, development and presentation of recommendations for improving work in strategic areas, organizational and functional structure of the university, etc.
Identification based on analysis of opportunities, development and presentation of measures to strengthen the competitive position and further enhance the positive image of the university.
Consulting and expert assistance to senior and middle management of the university in the areas they supervise on issues of strategic development, continuous improvement of activities, strengthening the competitive position in the market and increasing the competitiveness of the university.
Coordination of departments’ activities and monitoring compliance with QMS requirements
Coordination and improvement of the system for monitoring and evaluating strategic indicators, key performance indicators of the university by collecting, reconciling and analyzing data received from responsible structural units.
Planning and coordination of institutional and program accreditation, participation in national and international ratings.
