Professional practice-he began his career in 1994 as a teacher of the Swimming department at the Shymkent Institute of Physical Culture.
From 2004 to 2006, he worked as the "head of the Department of Sports Disciplines" of the Shymkent branch of the H. A. Yassaui Moscow State Technical University.
In 2011, he was elected Head of the Department of Sports and Languages at the Academic Innovation University.
Since 2012, he has worked as the head of the Department of Physical Culture and Social Sciences at the regional socio-innovative University "Sport and General Pedagogy".
09/01/2023 - currently Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Shymkent University (Shymkent).
Education -from 1991 to 1994, he received higher education at the Shymkent Institute of Physical Culture.
In 1998-2000, he studied at the M. O. Auezov South Ural State University at the postgraduate department in the field of general pedagogy.
In 2005, by the decision of the Higher Attestation Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 14, 2005, he was awarded the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.
His research interests are the development of professional competencies of future specialists in terms of improving the quality of education.
The subjects taught are the history of physical culture, Olympic sports, Handball, teaching methods.

"The Department of Physical Culture and Sports dates back to the founding of the university in 2001. Currently, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports prepares students for 1 bachelor's degree program. The educational programs of the department have been successfully accredited. The department trains specialists of higher professional bachelor's degree in 1 specialty. Graduates of our specialty can work as teachers in schools, colleges and coaches in sports schools.At the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, 1 Doctor of Sciences, professor and 3 scientific directors, associate professor, 3 associate professors, 8 candidates of Sciences, senior lecturer, as well as 12 masters, senior lecturer, 1 master, teacher, 9 senior teachers work in the training of specialists.

 The purpose of the department:

To strengthen the health of the population, it is necessary to qualitatively train teachers of a new formation, coaches in the chosen sport, who are able to solve scientific and pedagogical tasks and problems, carry out pedagogical activities in the field of physical culture and sports, including conducting classes with various categories of students, integrate into the pedagogical process new technologies of training in physical culture, physical therapy and preparation for the practical application of the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities necessary in professional activity.
