From 2001 to 2006, he obtained a qualification in Initial Military Training and Physical Education at Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University. From 2006 to 2007, he completed his compulsory military service at the Otar station in the Korday District of the Zhambyl Region. Between 2007 and 2023, he worked at Secondary School No. 49 in the Kursai microdistrict of Shymkent City, serving as a teacher-organizer of the subject Initial Military and Technological Training and as Deputy Director for Educational Affairs. Since 2023, he has been serving as the Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports at Shymkent University.

Majit Musaevich has received numerous achievements and awards. By Order No. 1-6-10/128 dated December 24, 2003, of the Agency for Sports and Physical Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the title of Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Karate-do (No. 7285). He has been honored with Letters of Appreciation from the Shymkent City Department of Education (2018), the Akim of the Abay District of Shymkent City (2022), the Rector of the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sports R. Matkarimov (2024), and the Shymkent City Maslikhat (2024). Throughout his professional career, he supervised and organized students’ participation in district and city-level events related to educational activities and the subject Initial Military and Technological Training. He is the author of approximately ten scientific articles and teaching manuals in the main areas of his research.

"The Department of Physical Culture and Sports dates back to the founding of the university in 2001. Currently, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports prepares students for 1 bachelor's degree program. The educational programs of the department have been successfully accredited. The department trains specialists of higher professional bachelor's degree in 1 specialty. Graduates of our specialty can work as teachers in schools, colleges and coaches in sports schools.At the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, 1 Doctor of Sciences, professor and 3 scientific directors, associate professor, 3 associate professors, 8 candidates of Sciences, senior lecturer, as well as 12 masters, senior lecturer, 1 master, teacher, 9 senior teachers work in the training of specialists.

 The purpose of the department:

To strengthen the health of the population, it is necessary to qualitatively train teachers of a new formation, coaches in the chosen sport, who are able to solve scientific and pedagogical tasks and problems, carry out pedagogical activities in the field of physical culture and sports, including conducting classes with various categories of students, integrate into the pedagogical process new technologies of training in physical culture, physical therapy and preparation for the practical application of the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities necessary in professional activity.
