The goals and objectives of the archive:

The purpose of the archive is to provide methodological guidance on the process of ensuring the storage and accounting of documents formed in the course of the university's activities, which have practical and scientific significance

The main tasks of the archive are:

- completion of the university archive with documents resulting from the activities of the university;

- accounting, preservation, creation of a scientific reference apparatus, use of documents temporarily stored in the departmental archive of the university;

- preparation and timely transfer of documents classified as part of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state storage in the appropriate state archive in compliance with the established requirements;

- control over the formation and registration of cases in the office of the University;
