A professional development course in “Genetics” is offered to university lecturers and secondary school teachers. The course includes a theoretical section covering the fundamentals of genetic inheritance, as well as a practical section demonstrating methods for solving genetic problems.

The course is conducted by Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor, Laureate of the K. Satpayev Prize of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, A. U. Isaeva.

Upon completion of the course, participants will receive licensed state-recognized certificates for 72 hours.

Two formats of participation are available: online and offline.

  • Polyhybrid crossing

  • Blood groups. Rh factor

  • Gene interaction: complementarity, epistasis, polymerism

  • Sex-linked inheritance

  • Genealogical method. Construction and analysis of pedigrees

  • Solving problems on mitosis

  • Solving problems on meiosis

  • Solving problems on replication

  • Solving problems on transcription

  • Solving problems on translation

  • Solving problems on monohybrid crossing
