A JOINT MEETING WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF LEADING FOREIGN UNIVERSITIES TOOK PLACE AT OUR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

     An important meeting with representatives of leading foreign universities took place at our educational institution On 04/19/2024, the Internationalization of Higher Education: INT-KZ Universities Partnership forum was held under the leadership of Chairman of the Board-Rector of the Eurasian Technological University Suleimenov Yerbol Zinaddinovich together with the staff of Shymkent University. The forum was attended by 12 delegations from universities in the USA, Great Britain, Ireland, Australia, and Canada.

    Gintaras Steponavicius, Director for Europe, the Caucasus, Ukraine and Central Asia, noted in his speech that: "This company supports the strengthening and development of international partnerships among universities around the world. Kazakhstani universities have experience in this area at the international level over the past decade." The delegation gathered at a round table with the leadership of Shymkent University.

     During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of cooperation and upcoming prospects, that is, opportunities for cooperation in the field of academic mobility of students and teachers, attracting scientists to guest lectures and developing joint educational programs.
