Azamattyq BasQaru Public Fund

On September 10, 2024, at Shymkent University, as part of the implementation of the social project "Azamattyq BasQaru Public Fund: Enhancing Civic Engagement and the Potential of Local Communities in the Shymkent Area," a discussion meeting was held with students on the topic "The Role and Potential of Youth at the Level of Local Self-Government."

 The lecture was given by the head of the BasQaru Public Fund, Marghulan Yermaganbaiuly, a graduate of the Academy of Public Administration of Kazakhstan and Russia, and a lawyer who has developed 3 laws and 7 legislative acts on local self-government issues in Kazakhstan. He engaged in a discussion with the students and answered their questions. The meeting aimed to increase civic activity among the city's youth.

 Students and faculty from the fields of Law, Economics, Public and Local Administration, and History attended the event.
