Family Day

In the second half of September 2024, as part of the celebration of "Family Day" nationwide, and with the aim of preserving national traditions and promoting family values, a festive event titled "Happy Family" was held at Shymkent University, organized by the Department of Youth Policy. The preservation and strengthening of the family institution is considered one of the priority directions of state policy. The event was attended by families awarded the titles of "Golden Shanyrak" and "Silver Kerege." These were the Aitbayev family and the Burkit family, who recently won the annual national "Model Family" competition in Shymkent. Both families shared their experiences and knowledge about family values, which are considered one of the spiritual treasures of our people, with the students.
