The Republican Student Project and Research Competition Has Concluded!
Participants
Students from the Departments of Business and Management and Mathematics and Informatics took an active part in the competition.
A total of 8 student projects were presented.
Winners:
1st place: 1st-year student of group AJ-125 Abdikadir Yerasyl Maratuly and 2nd-year student of group EA-124 Kambarbek Nurdos with the project “FinGuard – Intelligent AI Financial and Legal Assistant.”
2nd place: 2nd-year students of group EA-124 Anartaev Umar Sharakhatovich and Tleuova Ayazhan with the project “Adapting Tax Policy to Digital Transformations: New Opportunities and Prospects for Interaction with the Banking Sector.”
3rd place: 4th-year students of group KR-122 Akmurzayeva Shynar and Shaban Mereke with the project “Applications of Artificial Intelligence in the Financial Sector.”
The 1st place winners will advance to the second stage of the Competition, which will take place on November 11, 2025, in Almaty at the Association of Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On October 23, 2025, the Association of Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan successfully held the Republican Student Projects and Research Competition among higher education institutions across the country.
The event became a unique platform that brought together knowledge and innovation for students interested in the fields of finance and digital technologies.
The main goal of the competition was to enhance innovation activity in the financial sector, as well as to identify and support promising projects in the areas of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, fintech, and digital solutions.
