Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed between Shymkent University and Bukhara Innovation University.
On March 4, 2026, the Rector of Bukhara Innovation University (Republic of Uzbekistan), Dilnoz Isamjonovna Ruzieva, and the Advisor to the Rector for International Affairs, Otabek Sherzodovich Shavkatov, paid an official visit to Shymkent University.
During the visit, an official meeting was held with the leadership of Shymkent University, where issues of cooperation in the fields of education, research, and academic mobility between the two higher education institutions were discussed.
As a result of the meeting, the parties signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at strengthening mutual understanding and partnership. The document provides for academic exchange of faculty members and students, implementation of joint research projects, organization of international conferences and seminars, as well as exchange of teaching and methodological experience.
During the visit, the guests were introduced to the university’s material and technical facilities and visited several departments and research units.
The signed memorandum strengthens international partnership between the two institutions and lays the foundation for the implementation of joint educational programs and research initiatives in the future.
