Senior Lecturer of the Department of Philology, Gulnur Abubakirovna Belgibayeva, has been awarded a diploma (series IKD No. 003227) issued on September 28, 2023, by the National Attestation Commission under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This diploma has been officially recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan as a document confirming the award of the academic degree Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the field of 8D011 – Pedagogy and Psychology, in accordance with Level 8 of the National Qualifications Framework. The recognition was granted by the National Center for the Development of Higher Education under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
