On April 7, 2025, Bagdat Doszhanuly Altybayev from Secondary Educational Institution No. 97 conducted an informational and practical meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to familiarize graduates with current labor market trends, professional development opportunities, and employment mechanisms, as well as to enhance their professional orientation and competitiveness through practical guidance. Support was also provided in career planning, building effective communication, and adapting to the professional environment.
During the meeting, the requirements for highly demanded specialists in the field of natural sciences within the labor market were comprehensively discussed. Graduates received information on proper preparation of resumes and motivation letters, HR interview techniques, self-presentation skills, as well as opportunities for starting their own business and participating in startups and business projects. As a result, the informational and practical meeting fully achieved its objectives. It enabled direct dialogue between graduates and employers, creating a platform for the exchange of concrete recommendations and advice. Participants gained valuable guidance for planning their future professional paths and broadened their understanding of the resources and opportunities necessary to enhance their competitiveness.
