According to the results of the competition for grant funding for scientific and scientific-technical projects for 2025-2027, 1 project from Shymkent university was approved in 5 priority areas of science development. The head of the research project is candidate of Law, Associate Professor Akshataeva Zhanna Baibekovna. Project topic: Problems of legal support for environmental safety in the context of innovative modernization of agricultural production in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The amount of funding is 86,651,523 tenge. The aim of the project is to develop scientific and methodological recommendations and practical mechanisms for legal support of environmental safety in the context of innovative modernization of agricultural production in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to propose measures aimed at improving legal regulation in the field of environmental safety, as well as improving legal acts and practice of its application in the field of land, agrarian and environmental.
