Research Project Receives Positive Evaluation from the National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise and Is Recommended for Continued Funding

The scientific project AP26194613 “Issues of Legal Support for Environmental Safety in the Context of Innovative Modernization of Agricultural Production in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, funded by the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has successfully passed the monitoring assessment conducted by the National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise (NCSTE). According to the results of the expert evaluation, the project received a positive conclusion and was recommended for further implementation and funding. This confirms its high scientific significance, relevance, and practical value. Within the framework of the project, a comprehensive study is being carried out on the legal aspects of ensuring environmental safety under conditions of innovative modernization of agricultural production. The research team has conducted an in-depth analysis of the theoretical and legal foundations of environmental safety, as well as the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating environmental requirements in the agricultural sector. The positive monitoring outcome confirms the relevance of the selected research area. The results obtained are of considerable importance for the further development of Kazakhstan’s environmental legislation and for the establishment of effective legal mechanisms aimed at ensuring environmental safety in the agricultural sector.
