Question: I want to be different from others.
Answer: It doesn’t matter how others see you. What matters is how you see yourself. Be true to who you are and do what feels pleasant and comfortable for you.
Question: I’m tired of staying at home during quarantine. If we go to the university, there shouldn’t be any fear. I do sports and I’m healthy.
Answer: Due to the spread of COVID-19 in our country, quarantine measures have been strengthened. Therefore, unless it is absolutely necessary, you should avoid leaving home. This disease is highly contagious, so you must follow all safety precautions. Of course, most of our students are engaged in sports, but even so, it’s important to stay cautious. We need to help and support each other.
Question: I am a first-year student, and distance learning is difficult for me. What should I do?
Answer: To avoid difficulties, organize your daily schedule as if you were at your educational institution. Complete your assignments on time and follow a consistent study routine. In addition to your daily tasks, look for extra materials to expand and improve your knowledge.
Question: How can I overcome depression?
Answer: Depression is never one-sided. The main reason often lies in low self-esteem, lack of self-respect, and insufficient love and care. It can also arise from taking every word to heart and constantly comparing yourself to others, feeling inferior. Try to shift your focus elsewhere — engage in sports, read books, and think positively.
