  Shymkent UniversityIn 2017-2018 academic year, the total continent of students of Shymkent University are  5058 students. Continent of master`s degree-144 the bachelor-4914.Students who has  grants from the regional head  and the rector of the university study at the university.The faculty of the university is formed of qualified specialists and scientists, among them Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Eskendirov Sh.Z., Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Isayeva A, O., Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor Kerimbaev EA, economic sciences Kuzembaev Zh.I. others. The university has a modern, standard building, equipped with the latest equipment for educational, educational-laboratory and research studies. All the departments of the university are provided with auditoriums with interactive boards, language training department - lingophone offices.Every year the fund of educational, educational-methodical and scientific literature is replenished. The book fund of university libraries contains electronic textbooks, teaching aids on electronic media. I. Arabaeva, Republic of Bashkiria (Educational institution of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Bashkortostan), Republic of Tajikistan (Khujand State University named after academician B. Gafurov).This cooperation provides the participation of the PPS of Shymkent University and foreign scientists in joint projects. Under the programs of the academic mobility, students, undergraduates and faculty of the University successfully carry out joint activities with partner universities.  

Kulanova Sandugash Sharybekovna

She was born in 1978 in the South Kazakhstan region.

In 1995 she entered the international Kazakh-Turkish University named after H. A. Yassuai on the specialty "Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of study". She graduated with honors in 1999 from the South Kazakhstan state University named After M. Auezov in the same specialty. 

From 2000, she began working as a teacher of Kazakh language and literature in the technological Lyceum at the South Kazakhstan state University named After M. Auezov.

From 2003 to 2007 she worked as a teacher of Kazakh language and literature in Shymkent branch of the University "Kainar". Since 2007 to the present day she has worked as a teacher of Shymkent University. 

From 2009, she worked as a methodologist of the educational Department of the same University, and from 2011, as a head of the educational part. In connection with internal reorganization, starting from 2013, she worked as the head of the educational process organization and control Department of this University.    

Since September 2019, she has been a Vice-rector of Shymkent University for academic and educational work.

In 2010 she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of philological Sciences in the specialty 10.01.02.– Kazakh literature. The theme of the dissertation is "National idea and the world of heroes in M. Baigut's prose".

She has been a participant of international and Republican scientific and practical conferences and an author of more than 25 articles.

For a short educational work, she has been awarded numerous diplomas and a medal.

In 2016,  she received a letter of thanks "for a great contribution to the development of the education system of Kazakhstan" from E. Sagadiev, the Minister of education and science of Kazakhstan. 

Kulanova Sandugash Sharybekovna has a great reputation among colleagues and the scientific society with her professional skills, managerial competence.

5В011400 – История. В соответствий приказу №61 от 12.02.2008 МОН РК «Характеристика типовой квалификаций педагогических деятелей и приравненных должностей» выпускнику присваивают академическую степень «бакалавр историй». Студенты обучающиеся по специальности «История» должны соответствовать следующим требованиям:

5В011600 – География. Квалификация и должность определяется в соответствий приказу №61 от 12.02.2008 МОН РК «Характеристика типовой квалификаций педагогических деятелей и приравненных должностей» выпускнику дают академическую степень «бакалавр историй».

Бакалавр по специальности «География» может работать:

-       Преподаватель географий в учебных учреждениях (вне зависимости от частности в общеобразовательных школах, лицеях, гимназиях, колледжах);

-       В органах управления (образователные учреждения, акиматы, организаций экологий, земельные ресурсы и охрана природы);

-       В научных учреждениях (в научно-исследовательских и конструкторно-плановых организациях в сфере: география, геология, экология, картография, гидрология, сейсмология, почвенная география и др.).   

     Все виды практики  проводятся в полевых условиях с применением различных приборов пригодных для практической занятий, тем самым осуществляется связь между теорией и практическими знаниями.

Бакалавр по специальности 5В011600-«География» готовят с 2002 года.                                                                                                                                        

5В050100 – Социология. Выпускнику присваевается академическая степень «бакалавр социологий». Специальность и деятельность выпускника по специальности «5В050100 – Социология» определяется согласно приказу №273-П от 22.01.2002 г. «Справочник специалистов служебных руководителей  и других работников». Выпускники специальности «Социология» могут работать в сфере научно-исследовательской, образовательной (педагогической) и консультантов и организационной-управленческой деятельности. Деятельность бакалавра напарвлены на исследование актуальных проблем социума, на изучение развития общества с точки зрения социологий, на изучение процессов и явлений социальных систем, на осуществление учебных планов и учебных заведениях, а также на осуществление выполнения выше названных в общественных и коммерческих организациях.
